PUPPY CONTRACTS

Below are samples of the puppy contracts you will receive and sign when picking up our puppy, or you can sign and send them back once you place your deposit as well. There are two contracts, one is specifically for Full Registration which include Breeding Rights and/or a puppy going to a show home. 
The other contract is for pet home buyers, which is a contract stating the puppy must be spayed/neutered.
